When can I buy the package of optional excursions that are not included in the price?
The optional excursions you can apply for and buy directly on site, ask your tour guide. Before departure you will receive not only the call sheet but also the complete description of all the optional excursions.At the beginning of the journey, the tour guide will explain all the details of various packages and will be pleased to answer all your questions to help you choose.
When will I receive the call sheet with all relevant information for my trip?
You will receive the call sheet five days before departure with all relevant information for your trip. More general info on the trip will be available on our website in the category of departures.
How do I book my trip and how can I pay?
Go to the section www.mondialtravel.eu travel booking, choose the destination, the hotel, the room, type of transportation and the place of departure and then click on Book now: you will get a table where you must enter the number of participants. Write the number of people you are booking for and click on "Show data" more tables will open, within which you must enter the data of all the participants. Once you have finished Mondial Travel will send you, via e-mail, the CONFIRMATION WITH PAYMENT OPTIONS.
What is the procedure for the payment and how can I pay?
The customer is required to pay 25% of the total price within 2 days of receipt of confirmation with payment options. You must then send the bank receipt to info@viaggievento.com (through a scan or a digital photo of the document) right away to confirm the operation. Ar receipt Mondial Travel will send you the Travel Contract (Vaucher) and the extract of the account (both by e-mail). Only with the payment of the account, the reservation will actually take place. The remaining 75% must be paid at least 1 month before departure.
If the booking is less than one month from the date of departure, the trip must be paid totally two days after receiving the receipt of confirmation with payment options. Once payed, Mondial Travel will send the customer, via e-mail, the Travel Contract (vouchers) and the PACKAGE OF CALL for your selected journey, with all the important info for departure. The customer will receive these documents five days before departure.
The most secure, fast and convenient way to pay is by bank transfer. In the case of groups we suggest a single payment to avoid the escalation of bank fees and charges.
Can I pay the insurance for cancellation of the trip after I already paid for my trip?
No! The Trip cancellation insurance must be paid immediately with the reservation deposit. The policy covers cancellation for all items of expenditure of the journey in the case that you should not start because of contingency or force majeure. With these terms it is meant; for example, sickness, accidents, hospitalization of the insured or close relatives. In other words, unexpected events and non-programmable events. If you can not go on the road for one of these reasons (and you're sure), you must send the necessary documentation that proves what happened and we will forward an assurance that will decide on the merits or otherwise of the unexpected event.
